Can I use Voyager2091 as a repeater?

Hey all, I have a Huawei523a router which is situated downstairs, the signal is not very good at all upstairs.
I have a Voyager2091 router sitting in a box, is there a way I can use this second router as a repeater to boost signal upstairs and how would I do this please?

Any wireless router can be used as a repeater, you just need to go to the Voyager website and it should give you details.
