Try resetting winsock and TCP/ip and try again with the user name. Open an elevated command prompt then copy the following commands one at a time then hit enter after each one. This has been known to fix this problem.

You should also check the time/date settings on all machines to ensure they are in sync. It may also help to make sure all machines are using the same DNS servers.


netsh winsock reset catalog (reset winsock entries)

netsh int ip reset reset.log hit (reset TCP/IP stack)

It might even work better using the command prompt to map the drives per the link.
