Reboot all of the PC's on the network to see if the duplicate IP address corrects itself.

The other error box at bottom right means you've not given the correct password for signing into your router.

If it prompts for a Security Key then you must provide it.

Ask the provider for the key. Free wifi often will still use a key.

It may work anyway. If not you'll need to ask for help from the provider.

Are you using a Fixed IP address, or obtaining Automatically?

Type Network Connection into Start Search box
Double click the Network Connection being used, Click Properties, General Tab, Highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), click Properties, Click on the General tab , Select Obtain IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically, OK.

If automatic try releasing and renewing IP address: https://wiki.csuchico.edu/confluence...s+in+Windows+7

Hi there,

In addition......Try to release and renew your IPs by opening up a command prompt. Click on the Start button, type cmd press enter (make sure that you have Admin permission). Type ipconfig /release press enter, then type ipconfig /renew then press enter.

Please report back if you're still getting the IP conflict error.
