Torrent seeding affects latency as well as bandwidth. If enough people attempt to access your machine for the required files for peer to peer you could essentially be a victim of a denial of service attack. All I am trying to say is that I wouldn't be surprised if torrent seeding had a part in the latency spikes.

Oh man, why don't you understand, it doesn't matter if i am using a torrent client or not, i get the same result.
