Can't see all shared folders across windows network

Hello guys, excellent forum here, I've read for many years.

I'm having problems with a network setup consisting of one server running windows 7 pro, two workstations both windows 7 pro, and one workstation with windows xp pro.

The problem I am having is I can't see any newly created folder or file shares created on the server machine (windows 7 pro) when browsing from workstation 1 (windows 7 pro) or workstation 2 (windows xp pro). I can see the new shares from workstation 3 (windows 7 pro).

I can see old shares created on the server from all machines and can create new folders and files with in those shares from all workstations.

The access permissions have been setup to allow "everyone" access with full control under both sharing and security tabs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that if you go to the C:>Users folder' or it might be a different folder depending on how you set it up, by default Windows controls the sharing from the Users folder'>Properties>Security tab> Advanced tab>Change permissions tab "first picture">Then click the button to "Enable inheritance' second picture".

It might also require you to put the check mark to Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permissions etc. depending on what you are doing.
