When I troubleshoot it gives me an error saying:
Install a driver for your network adapter
Windows did not detect a properly installed network adapter. If you have a network adapter, you will need to reinstall the driver.

If course I know alreaydy... lot of drivers still missing. First let's fix the wired issue. So atach the cable

Click on down array... this will start the download. Put that zip file on usb-stick and attach to faulty system. Open the zip file. Browse tox 64 folder in zip file. Double click on the setup.exe
wired is working afterwards? You have "network adapters" in device manager?
Yup! Internet connected when hardwired
Run windows update. It will find remaining drivers I hope.

Download and install the LATEST driver from all sections. But skip VGA and Wireless LAN section.

What's vendor of wireless LAN? What's vendor of GPU card (video card)? Maybe the utility can doenwload/install driver for you(?)
