    Cannot Troubleshoot Internet, error 0x80004005

Whenever I'm trying to troubleshoot my internet, I get the following message:

This happened when I uninstalled an unknown TAP driver from my system. Does anyone know the fix to this issue?

Your best bet may be to do a System Restore point from before the problem started

    System Restore

The only problem is I don't have System Restore enabled.

You can try free Recuva Recuva - Undelete, Unerase, File and Disk Recovery - Free Download .... uncheck any pre-checked "bundled" software that may come with the download.

I found that the problem occurs whenever I tweak my start menu in Windows 7 Manager. I did the tweak a few times and now it is giving me the same error. Does anyone know what the tweak edits? I've tried to do a repair install with no luck.

I tried this before but slim cleaner didn't fix the issue.
