    Cant connect to internet with ethernet cable.


    I cant connect to internet with ethernet cable it doesnt even show my cable is plugged in. The cable is okey i tried other computer and i got in internet with it.

    if i restart my computer it comes back for like 5 -10 mins then it disappears again shows that the cable isnt plugged in and if i disable and enable the adapter it comes back again for 5 min. please help

    Hey hawkin,

    Try to update the drivers for your LAN card. Or, if possible get an external card and plug the cable in that and check.

    agreed. +1 for archer. If the lan card is internal see if you can somehow update the drivers via the windows internal driver catalog. Also you might try going into windows device manager and uninstalling the ethernet port and let windows re detect it. That may word.
