utorrent download very slow

aw so i cant do anything about it when comes to torrent downloads.

Most reputable things have a direct download if there is a torrent available.

how do i use this please

see these sites are too simple.just click on one of them & register(optional)..& on zbigz site there is option of upload torrent file & a blank box.u can upload .torrent file u downloaded or right click on torrent file on torrent site & copy link adress & then paste in blank box in zbigz site & click go.
If u want it free then can click free when two options came.one is free & other is premium
in free u can download torrent maximum of 1 Gb size & in premium u can download whatever size u want.but u have to pay for premium membership
in furk.net site u have to register with facebook or any other account if u have & u can invite friends if u login with facebook acccount for that site by sending coupons to them.furk.net is also simple click on new to add torrent & browse for downloaded .torrent file or paste in box if u copied torrent file address :)

Edit-in furk.net site u can download maximum 2gb of torrent & if u want to download through utorrent or any other software & u're not getting much speed.then try another similar torrent that have more seeders.
It depends on peers also.if torrent have less peers.then it's good :)
