Unidentified network access No internet access in windows 7

I have had my laptop for around a year and a half now, I've never had one single issue. I moved into a new house in August with 4 different roommates, we all have windows computers, tablets, xboxs phones ect.. For 3 months my computer worked 100 percent never had an issue with the internet, and then all of a sudden I tried to connect and it won't connect to the wireless router at my house. Nothing has changed same router, same computer, same connection ect. I have tried everything, theres no itunes, no adobe, I have tried disabling ipc6 and it randomly will reconnect. Its entirely randomly, when I returned from winter break no one was home then it stopped working again randomly and stopped any help would be appreciated.

It's difficult if not impossible to nail this reoccurring problem down to any one thing as there are many possible causes and solutions.

Many of the solutions are covered in the link below, the comments show many other possible solutions that may help. I would read them all carefully and see if one of the solutions applies in your case. :)

I can look at the network configuration, maybe that will help.

Just unzip and click on the file below, it will place a .txt file on your desktop, upload the file to here so I can have a look. :)

Its not much consolation but you are not alone. I posted on a similar theme today maybe there is one solution for both of us - my post is titled

Try this link, it worked for me. Thanks to Ron Welker for the solution and Chevy 65 for pointing me at it!

I'm glad the registry adjustment worked for you but can you report to your original post that the registry adjustment has fixed the problem. https://www.sevenforums.com/network-sharing/319188-unidentified-network-default-gateway-address-disappears-powerdown.html

In this case the Op's problem is not static IP info vanishing so it's not the same problem. :)

You might try the registry adjustment per the link below by Ron Welker.

Hey I'm very sorry for replying so late, all of a sudden my problem went away again for about a week now and I haven't been able to send u any information when its not working. The only thing that changed in the past week is my roommate had his ps4 plugged in via ethernet. The cord got cut and 2 hours later my computer had no issues. However he has not reconnected it via ethernet cord and my computer stopped working today.

You should reset the router and delete the old wireless credential at the "Manage Wireless Connections" section of the Network and Sharing Center then create a new wireless profile for this connection.

The network info didn't show any real problems.

I do this and the internet will work from anywhere from roughly 2 hours to 2-3weeks before it once again has the issue and I have to reset everything again:/ its just a temporary fix
