The hosted network couldn't be started

In CMD I enter this command
    Code:
    netsh wlan start hostednetwork
    It says:

The hosted network couldn't be started. The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested opera tion.
I'm using Windows 7 Professional, Atheros AR5B95 Wireless card. This card supports Hosted Network, I checked it in CMD. Can't use any software to create hotspot because of this problem. I tried every solutio I could on the internet. The same thing happens on my sister's laptop. My friend doesn't have those problems. I have no idea what to do.

Both wifi card and Microsoft virtual miniport adapter are enabled and running fine.

    I tried this
    Code:
    netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=ssidOfUrChoice key=keyOfUrChoice
and after that start hostednewtork. It doesn't work

First make sure that the Windows service regarding "Internet Connection Sharing" is started and set to Automatic.

You can get to Windows services by typing services.msc into the run box. You should see the service there on the list under I.

You might also try using the connectify software or the virtual router software if the netsh commands aren't working.

There are no guarantee's when setting up a hosted wireless network, too many variables involved. Microsoft doesn't even support this feature but they do include the virtual miniport software with all Windows approved WHQL drivers.
