website is online but isn't responding Help!!

Hey folks, really need some help here.

I was trying to optimize my computer performance so decided to give Advanced System Care a try. Everything was going great. However now I can't connect to the internet! I'm not sure but I THINK it was when I did the option for "Vulnerability Fixes". This option started downloading a bunch of Security Updates for Windows 7 and Microsoft . NET Framework.

After rebooting I've found I can't access the internet. When I diagnose the problem with Windows Network Diagnostics, it says....

" website (Microsoft Corporation) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts"

I've already tried both a rollback through the Advanced Care program and windows itself but it didn't help.

    Please help me!

Can you please attach the two logs in your next reply, if you are still having issues.
Of course you will need to transfer these files from a working machine to the one in question.
Or boot into safe mode with networking and download them there. ( If possible)

Please download FarbarServiceScanner and run it on the computer with the issue.

Make sure the following options are checked:
    Internet Services
    Windows Firewall
    System Restore
    Security Center/Action Center
    Windows Update

    Press "Scan".
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

Please download MINITOOLBOX and run it.

    Checkmark following boxes:

    Flush DNS
    Reset FF proxy Settings
    Reset Ie Proxy Settings
    Report IE Proxy Settings
    Report FF Proxy Settings
    List content of Hosts
    List IP configuration
    List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
    List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
    List Devices (problems only)

Click Go and post the result.
