yes that's one of the instruction my ISP provider suggested and I had done it. but no change
Ok try this, run the following command in an elevated command prompt. Let me know what it says when it completes which will take some time.

If the machine doesn't pass the scan with everything showing as fixed then reboot the machine and run the scan again, it may take three passes with reboots between each pass in order to fix any problems.

    Code:
    sfc /scannow
You can see here in the link that this is a very common problem but with many possible causes and many different solutions which makes it very difficult to nail the problem down to any single cause.

You could also try entering the details for a static IP address into the IPv4 properties but you would need the ipconfig/all information from the machine that you tested with earlier. This could only make up for other problems with the system but it would help to isolate the problem.

    I tried both :
    1. Scannow, did not show any problems.
    2. I had set the default gateway Ip address: to my friends default's Gateway ip address.
    But no change.

I'd say this system is officially tweaked bro.

This system is well beyond any type of networking problem and well into the system melt down at this point.

You might try using system restore or perform a repair install, be sure and back up etc.

    System Restore

    Repair Install
