Not sure why the scale isn't working. Works from my end.

Kaspersky may have created a rule to prevent access from the Denon 3312Ci which is a typical problem with many A/V software's.

Well, if Kaspersky did that, then I'd think that ALL the machines would behave similarly. I haven't changed the settings for KIS on any machines. They LOOK like all the settings are the same, but I'm sure there are a LOT of settings I haven't gotten to yet.

Yes it would seem that way I agree, though experience has taught me other wise.

I can't think of any other reason for this problem to occur and these third party A/V's do strange things like this all the time.
