Unable to Take Ownership of Folder in Windows Server 2008R2

    Hi.

I'm trying to delete a folder with one file in it. No matter what I try, it tells me, the domain admin, that access is denied. It won't let me take ownership.

Is there a way to get around this and get this Autodesk POS off my server?

Attached is a screenshot of the denial.

    Thanks.

This is what I used for same problem:

Add "Take Ownership" to Explorer Right-Click Menu in Win 7, 8 or Vista

after you download, and right click on folder "Take ownership" shows.

    Thanks for the suggestion PSCO2007.

However, I am not about to install a registry hack on a primary domain controller. That would be rather irresponsible of a network admin.
