host files for new Wilders forum location

Hi, Wilder's security forum has moved to a new server. Please read the attached posts . [Done] Forum moving to new hosting company - Wilders Security Forums
Looking at posts #11 & #12 in particular, are we supposed to add the lines in post 11 to our Hosts file? If so I'm not familiar with where the Hosts file on my computer would be located, and how to proceed there if there is one. Any help will be appreciated. The new forum appeared this morning for me, and now I'm getting the old forum again which is read only. Does anyone have the same problem? I can't believe we have to do the above to access their new server. Thanks in advance for a heads up.:)

Same thing here.

I was hoping I, too, would get an answer.
