We need some more information. Please fill out your system specs in your UserCP.
Also do you have a router? is it up to date with the newest firmware?
What antivirus and firewall software are you using.

Yes, I have an Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe motherboard and using a switch for the internet. ESET Nod32 Antivirus is my only antivirus / firewall installed out over the standard. I dont have a network card I use the standard motherboard plug in.

Try executing "netsh interface ipv4 reset" in cmd when you don't have Internet access and see if it comes back.

I have exactly the same problem. Were you able to fix it? its getting me crazy
I can have internet for awhile but then if i use it too much , like making a download or watching a youtube video it crashes my network and the only way to get it back is to turn off the card and turn it on again manually ( repair networrk problems won't do it for some reason)

its like the network was catched in a "while loop" lol

ive been searching for windows 7 drivers for nvidia nforce networking but couldnt find anything :\

Im using a dlink router dir-655 which I hate...

    navyseal:
Look here for the firmware update from July, designation 132NA, read instructions carefully. I know this has helped others in the past. D-Link Xtreme N Gigabit Router
Perhaps a router firmware upgrade might help the OP as well.
    Just a thought
