Wireless win7 can't access wired linux samba share
I just setup a samba server on a linux box I have in another room. My laptop (Win 7 Home premium) is on wireless and can't access the share. In my living room I have a wireless router which sends internet wirelessly to my bedroom where my linux box is. That room has another wireless router which bridges the connection to ethernet. My mac (wired) in my living room can access the shares. And so can my linux partition on my wireless laptop. But Windows 7 just doesn't see it. It can see my wireless roku device connected to my TV though. All the devices mentioned are on the same subnet and I can ping the linux box from windows 7 and tracert shows only the linux box, no other devices so nothing should be interfering in between.
I'm lost on what to do. I've tried everything I can think of and can't find any information online that works or is applicable to this setup. Network discovery is on (remember it does see my roku). tried connecting by IP/hostname but doesn't work. I tried disabling the host firewall but didn't help.
The network devices Windows can see is Network (the network name), Stuff (itself), and Roku Stick.
I've attached a picture of my network layout.
