    Sorting our your routing table

This sounds like a problem with your routing table. Try a piece of software called AirStop Multiport. It gives priorities to the various wired and wireless adapters on your laptop and may solve this problem. Just google the name to find it. Good Luck!

    Hello all,

I am using a bridge router for a WAN connection however. It has multiple users connected to the wireless point but what happens it the connection times out and I need to re-enter my username and password (The bridged LAN is managed by a third party). This is a tad frustrating as it means all the people on my network see the log in screen.

I hope this is clear. If anyone has any suggestions on how to stop this connection timing out that would be great.

    Cheers.

Win7 only connects when Win Vista is Connected

    Hi,

I have a strange issue with my wifi network at home. I have 2 notebooks, one with Windows Vista and another, recently bought, with Windows 7.

The Win Vista notebook connects wirelessly with no problems. The Win 7 one, only connects when the former is connected :S

If I disconnect the Windows Vista notebook, I cannot even access the wireless router from the other notebook. The moment I reconnect it again, the Win 7 notebook connects again, almost instantly.

I have a linksys WRT54G-TM router. I haven´t found any firmware updates for this exact model.

Thanks in advace for your help.
