How do I setup a password for my internet?

It's WAY too slow these past few days. Is there any way to speed it up? I usually get 10.30MB down and 0.88 up. :P But it's soo slow today and I think someone is stealing my internet speed.. sorta. My transfer rate is at its normal state (1.300Mbps with IDM), but when I play game I have a huge latency lag and I can't play ANY online game without loosing connection...
I'm not on a wireless internet, by the way.

You set it up through your routers web based page. What make and brand of router do you have? You can generally access you web based page by typing in your browsers search area....192.168.x.x. Have a look at this tutorial.

    Hello Amazing Aura,

I do not think someone is stealing your internet bandwidth if you're getting the correct download speeds for your connection.

However, follow what bassfisher6522 has advised in his post, and after that, to help improve your latencies and server connectivity further, kindly read the following:-

I've used these three methods to improve my latencies for online gaming, and recommended them to others, and most of them have reported minor to major improvements in their latencies for online gaming

(Refer to my post in the following linked thread for what I suggested.)

FPS Spiking and Low FPS While Playing Online Games

    Hope that helps!

Do you have a modem and router? If so put utp-cable directly in modem so bypassing the router. Now test again
