Enable client for Microsoft networks via command line

Does anyone have a solution for enabling client for Microsoft networks via the command line. It's already installed, but the check box next to it is unchecked.

I've been doing some reading around the net and haven't come up anything viable. Some have said to use netsh to do it, but I can't find the right command if it can be done. Same for the sc command. I could do it via GPO if that's possible, but I don't think it is.

    Any help is appreciated.

edit: This would be on Win7SP1 workstations.
