Can't delete or download, no admin privileges!

I need admin rights on my windows 7 computer because I cant download or delete anything on my pc. It is used for school so I NEED the admin rights. Is there any way without entering a Admin Password?

I cant delete anything without a Password. Is there some way at least that I can install programs without a password?
