    Remote Desktop Connection

We are running Windows Server 2012 Essentials and have 15 clients connected running Windows 7. All machines are 64 bit. One of the clients was re-imaged to install a larger hard drive. Since then remote desktop connection TO that machine fails with 'Remote Desktop can't connect'. However, I can use that machine to RDC to other clients. I can ping the machine. I have tried to connect with the IP address but that also fails.

In order to act as the host machine for an RDC to connect, the host machine must be running Win 7 Pro or Ultimate. When the machine was re-imaged was it by any chance an image containing Win 7 Home Premium?

All clients on our network are running W7 Pro. Sorry, I meant to include that fact.
