LoL...what do you mean by that? See Greg did this for me last time and I guess I didn't realize all the steps in it because even tho I was sitting there and talking to him while he was doing it it was all going so fast I guess...lol...a lot of steps in the first option and this 2nd link it almost looks as if maybe it does it for you?

Some of the Links i Posted are not working for me now ... I do agree though the second Link i Posted should be easy enough to follow .. That should ensure you have back ups for your Email Contacts etc ... Did you Download the ISO ?..

No I didn't do any of that yet...I was reading thru both of them actually...but being upstairs for those few days really kinda made me sick...the plate in my neck felt like it was pinched and it was very annoying so my neck was starting to swell a bit and by the end of last night that feeling I had turned into a full blown migraine...UGH...with the pain in my neck and the pain in my head sotospeak...feeling like it was going to explode...I ended up having to take some different meds to control that migraine...and when I woke up all that pounding and swelling feeling was finally gone...phew...migraines are the worst feeling and if you've never had one I pray you never get one.

So I just need to back up my emails and download the iso? What about backing up my pix and music...am I putting all this on my memory stick?

There is no rush you work at your own pace ... What size is your Memory Stick ? Yes make sure you Save any thing that you want or need Disc or Flash Driver will do ... The ISO is quite a big Download so will take awhile for you to do that ... It only took me less than 20 Mins but i have very fast Connection ...

Sorry got sidetrack with dinner and all...I have everything on my stick now but I can't see where I'm supposed to download my ISO? Is it somewhere below where it says "Download Windows 7 DVD Image"?
