Cannot browse the website www.cyberlink.com - DNS Problems?

I cannot view any pages at www.Cyberlink.com using any of the 3 Windows 7/vista PCs at home. I was able to a few week ago. this is legit site - they make video editing software.
This occurs on both IE and Firefox.

I can view pages on this website when at work.
I am using the openDNS service, using 208.67.222.222 in my router.
I changed this to 0.0.0.0 to try and use my ISP DNS service and that did not work. ISP is lighttube.net.
Then went back to using 208.67.222.222 in my router.
I have flushed the dns cache using ipconfig/flushdns.
I have checked my hosts file and there are no entries other than commented lines.
I let the opendns system look up the IP for cyberlink and typed those directly into the address bar and that did not work.
I went to the opendns filter page, where other users vote to filter out a site and did not see that it was filtered. It showed a thumbnail for www.cyberlink.com, and had an link to click , and that went nowhere.
I used another look up service and the the IP address and that did not work.don't remember if they suggested the same IP.
I turned off my OpenDNS filters and that did not work.
I don't know any other ideas to try. again, at work I can view and navigate the site just fine.

I have sent an email to my ISP and am awaiting their answer. I would appreciate any advise and other diagnostic steps I should try from the forum readers. thanks.

    In command prompt do:
    Code:
    ping www.Cyberlink.com
    What do you get?
    I get (in Dutch):
Pingen naar www.Cyberlink.com [54.228.247.52] met 32 bytes aan gegevens:

This is what i got while trying to go to 54.228.247.52. This is from Firefox. IE will not get there either

    The connection has timed out

The server at 54.228.247.52 is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

    Thanks

54.228.247.52 site which is actually same as cyberlink.com is very slow! Sure it doesn't load?
You try to access it by ip number now and it fails as well. Conclusion.... not a DNS problem at all!

Ask another guy connected to same ISP if he/she can succesfullly access cyberlink.com
