    Takes Too Much Time To Startup


    It Takes Too Much Time To Startup Now.
    I Looked At Event Viewer and Found This Error.

    The Windows Time service was successfully sent a stop control.

    The reason specified was: 0x40030011 [Operating System: Network Connectivity (Planned)]

    Comment: None


    Tried Disabling TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service - Didnt Help
    Changed Windows Time Service To Automatic - Didnt Help

    What Should I Do?

    Fixed The Problem. It was "nvstreamsvc.exe" or "Shares Windows Media Player libraries to other networked players and media devices using Universal Plug and Play"
    And Its a Service Hang
    Removed Them From Auto Starting and Now Starts Well
      My Computer
