Default gateway lost after wake from hibernation on w7 x64 pro

About 2 months ago I started noticing that my w7 professional x64 box loses its internet connection on every other wake up from hibernation.
I can connect to my local LAN but not further (I am not using wifi but wired connection).
After digging into it I found that ipconfig shows two gateway entries the 1st is 0.0.0.0 and the 2nd is the correct gateway.
I have no clue where the 0.0.0.0 comes from nor why there are 2 gateways shown.
ipconfig /renew doesn't help, but disabling the network interface and re-enabling it again fixes the problem.
Also a reboot fixes the problem.
Both solutions are only workarounds though.

I hope someone can tell me how to fix the problem.

Go to Device Manager, Network adapters, Select your network adapter uninstall it then reinstall the driver and see if that helps
