    wlan not present in device manager for acer aspire2920


    hello, i turned on my laptop today and couldnt connect to my wifi, i use hotspot on my phone and use wifi on my laptop to connect, i still use the same way on my ipad and its working but no longer working on my acer aspire 2920. I turned on the wifi button but wouldnt come on, i checked device manager and found out that the wlan connection is not on the list under network. On the acer website there is no driver for wlan for windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. pls i need help

    i have my cord connected to my phone now using usb connection

    usually its just the broadband netlink and d vpn client that is always under the network adapters. Before the wifi disappeared, it was also under the same list

    I think I'd try a scan with Speccy. See if it detects it.

    Edit: There should be a free version for download. You don't need the pro just for detection.
