Receiving connections errors on certain websites, pics attached

Just got back home from the holiday, the computer had been off for about a week, and now I am receiving error messages when trying to reach certain websites, Facebook Google Yahoo. Other websites are working fine, bleacherreport my banking websites etc. I have attempted running a full virus scan with Panda, found no threats. Deleted chrome from windows firewall and re-added, no change. Tried using IE firefox and still no change. Remove Adguard google extension, no change. I unplugged my modem and wifi router, no change. Checked to make sure I am using the most current version of Chrome, I am Version 39.0.2171.71 m (64-bit). I also have the same problems on my phone, but if I turn off Wifi and use data all the websites work fine, so I assume this must be a network issue. At a loss now, any suggestions?

The attachments are screenshots of what it says when visiting facebook and google, yahoo gives the same message as google

Hi there,

I'd consider a firmware update of your router, see if that helps.

Also, adding an Open DNS as a secondary DNS in your router's setting is another option.

Well I feel dumb. Apparently I had gone over my bandwidth cap, recently got Netflix, and Suddenlink was attempting to alert me to that fact which my browser seemed to think was an attack because the security certificate weren't matching up with the websites, instead of Facebook security certificate suddenlink was showing up. Finally while trying to get yahoo open I found a proceed anyway button which finally got me to my suddenlink warning page where I was able to verify I had received the warning and me everything works and Netflix has been turned off for the time being. I had no idea there were bandwidth caps before this and I guess this is fairly common especially with Netflix autoplay, we often would just leave it on when we left the house
