Cloud Server Reviews and Suggestions?

I'd like to create my own Cloud Service for my business. Im having trouble finding a Cloud Server Software that is not complicated to setup and have the small list of features im looking for.

Before anyone asks, my server is a AMD a8 3ghz with 8GB of ram and will be using 3 TB of space for the cloud. My Internet connections is more than acceptable.

What Cloud Server software have you used and how did you like it?

- Client is able to create their own unique password to log into the cloud
- Client can Map their folder which is shared with them to their computer
- Client(user) can only access a specific folder

A few that I found
BarracudaDrive - I couldn't figure out how to get it working
OwnCloud - complicated to setup
Tonido - don't think I can map folders and client can only use a password the admin creates.

Anything else?
