Windows 7: EE Broadband speed

Summary Operating System Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1 CPU AMD Athlon II X2 250 23 C
EE Broadband speed

Hi,Anyone here in the UK using EE broadband.
I'm in South Wales UK and over the last few weeks my speed has dropped from 16.60Mbps down to 12.20Mbps,have informed EE but with no luck yet.
Just wondering is there anybody having same issue as me.

Ookla says I'm getting 19.63, so no complaints on an "up to 20" package.
