certain ports blocked

hi i have a game called san andreas multiplayer and when i try to play on a server it won't let me. i've tried some websites to help but none seem to work.

what ive done is turned off firewall, turned off antivirus, setting static ip 192.168, and tried seeing if any malware.

no result. at this point i thought it was my modem so i tried on my windows xp and it works. this is fresh windows 7 and nothing is installed on it but the game and multiplayer.

i'm sorry if my english is bad i dont type much

Hi there,

Have you tried both wired and wireless connection?

I wonder if there's any parental control policy set in your Modem/Router setting.
Do you have a separate Modem?
