    Cisco AnyConnect diasbles internet upon exit on Windows 32bit pro

    Hi,

    Please can someone shed some light for me,
    I've had to install Cisco Anyconnect VPN for all win7 laptops. All is fine in terms of users can access VPN and get on to our network.
    but once you quit VPN and disconnect. You cannot get internet access.
    I originally thought this was due to users not correctly disconnecting or shutting the machines down prior to returning to our office.
    But i've correctly disconnected and quit and the same issue occurs.
    To fix I have to;
    internet options - connections - LAN settings - and then re-tick the Auto detect settings

    This is fine for me but I get around 5 calls a day for other users who need this two second fix.

    I cant really keep doing this for eternity or until the business decides to remove Anyconnect.
    Can anyone point me in the right direction to get a permanent fix?

    many thanks :)

    Welcome to Seven Forums!

    In some occasions, in IE disabling add-ons helps.

    Thanks for responding, I don't have toolbars enabled only standard I.E and this still occurs, i've tried on cisco for help but to no avail. I will keep testing and will change the settings on AnyConnect

    Have you tried split tunneling? Here's an example from the Cisco site.
