    netsh not saved after restart


    Like the tititle, netsh not saving after I restart windows.
    This is the comand:
    netsh interface tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp
    Somebody can help me with this? Thanks!

    There say to ingnore value of CONGESTION CONTROL PROVIDER cause is bugged but ecncapability and congestionprovider have the same problem, after I restart Windows they are on default state(ecncapability=disabled and congestionprovider=normal).

there are 36 netsh.exe running at the same time in my task manager. i have win7 ultimate 64bit (intel i3-2330m , 4gb) on my laptop. it starts with windows start-up. i cant end process this.

I have been having a problem with my comp that won't connect to the net. I did'n t have firewall but fixed that but still unidentified network error. I have dl'd fixes to restore network/internet connectivity but nothing works I think it might be winsock error. Any help would be appreciated.
