On Device Manager -> Network adapters, right-click on the item(s) with the yellow exclamation mark and select Properties (for each one).

Then select the Details tab, and in the Property dropdown list select the second item... Hardware ID.

Tell us the Hardware ID of each item in Device Manager that has a yellow exclamation mark.

The Dell driver download page for your E6410 shows a number of possible drivers for your laptop's wireless capability, so the particular driver you would need should be there... but only the Hardware ID in your laptop will tell us which driver is appropriate. Your results so far show that the first two and also the last one listed are not what you needed. So your laptop might have the Intel WiMax Link 6250 in it, which is handled by a driver further on down in the list for "network" on that Dell page.
