Two more update

1. I am using non microsoft DHCP server ( linux )
2. PCs are not taking ip address after connecting to 2003 domain

What's the message you see after running IPCONFIG /RENEW?

To understand what's happening on the wire:

2) download
3) install
4) start packet capture
6) once the operation fails, stop the capture
7) save capture
8) zip up and upload capture here.
