Can See Wi-Fi But Unable To Connect

Today I started having problems connecting to the Wi-Fi at my house. This morning I could at least connect to the network but wasn't able to access anything on the internet not even my router's setup page. Now I can't even connect to the network at all. I've tried everything, even restoring from a system image I made that worked perfectly. Every other device in the house connects without a problem, including multiple iOS devices, Android devices, Windows 7 & 8 computers.

I can see the networks listed I just can't connect to them.

Any idea what's wrong? The only thing I can think of is the wireless card is dying but if that's the case why can it still see the networks?

I guess I just limited the problem to the router. I brought my laptop to work and it connects immediately to the Wi-Fi there. In fact the router at work is the same exact router I have at home (Asus RT-AC66U) and its setup exactly the same (minus SSID) because I set it up. I guess I have to totally reset my router at home to factory settings and see what happens. Edit - Nevermind this. The computer acted exactly like it did at home at first, it connected to the wireless, it even went to a website and then within a couple of minutes couldn't load any site and now it can't sign onto any network, they're visible but you can't log in to one.
