I used this one from The Weather Channel for a friend who was upgrading from a Vista laptop to a Win7 desktop (with 22" monitor), and the previously used weather gadget and clock gadgets wouldn't install because of increased Windows security.

This one has a nice minimal size, but can expand to show additional info. Reasonable.
