    Windows was unable to connect


    Hello guys, i have a problem with my laptop, it doesn't connect to the wireless network. I have another laptop using the same network and is working properly... Same my phone, and other devices. It was working before, but sudenly stopped. I reinstall the Windows ( windows 7 professional) and still the problem exist. I've tried to connect it to another wireless connection and is working, only in my house is not working on my connection. The troubleshout problem finds problem with wireless adapter or acces point. Please help me, Regards laurentiu:):)

    Open a cmd with run as admin, type ipconfig /all press enter. Attach that file as a .txt file to your next post. Thnx

    I can't put that as .txt and i've done a picture to the hole screen.

    I`ve managed to make it .txt, hope that helps you and have any ideea what happens to my computer

    Q. 1 Router Brand ???
    Q. 2 security protocol you are using, try to change that to Wep and let us know if that works?
    Q. 3 Try changing the wireless mode in Router from b/g/n to auto. The Frequency from 5 ghz to auto.
    Q. 4 Change the wirelss channel to 11.
    Q. 5 Change the SSID and password (all the other connected devices would lose the connection)
    Q. 6 Reset the Router

    i`ve done everything you said... still no works


    btw router brand is sky, i`m living in UK...

    how is that... all my other devices are working and only this laptop it doesn`t work... any explication? is something wrong with the laptop? because in all other wireless connections i`ve connect it worked, only in my house doesn`t

    What is the error massage you get while trying to connect.
    One more thing go to device manager>> Network connections and let me know which Wireless Adaptor you have??

    also go to Network and sharing centre >> Manage Wireless networks and Delete all the Networks showing up there.
    and try to reconnect.

    The message is: Windows was unable to connect to Sky982D1, and i have atheros AR5007 802.11b/g as network adapter
