Dropping internet connection - "browser has forced an election..."

For about 1 week now, suddenly my computer randomly keeps dropping my internet connection. One minute I'm online and next minute I'm not. I use Online Armor firewall - I find when I disable the firewall from the tray, and then immediately re-enable it, I 'm right back online again until it happens again, which can be hours, or half a day, away.

In the event viewer system logs - I get these errors:

    Source - BROWSER
    ERROR:
"The browser has forced an election on network \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{A2044180-47E5-42B0-B038-60599CD4EDEB} because a master browser was stopped."

    Source - NetBT
    ERROR:
"Initialization failed because the transport refused to open initial addresses."

    Source - DNS Client Events
    WARNING:
"Name resolution for the name teredo.ipv6.microsoft.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded."

    Source - DNS Client Events
    WARNING:
"Name resolution for the name dns.msftncsi.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded."

Any idea what's happening? Rebootong the PC doesn't solve the issue. I can be online for hours or overnight and then later that day the intenet connection drops until I disable and re-enable Online Armor. Online Armor's logs don't show anything around that timeframe. I did recently install Avast and got rid of Avira because I was getting fed up with certain behavior by avira and I tend to like Avast better honestly. Not sure if that has anything to do with this issue though.

I have never seen this particular problem before. If it were my computer my first concern would be to be sure I was not hacked. Run your anti virus, download and run a scan with malwarebytes, use the online version of eset online.
If nothing shows, then try another browser, at least for a test.

I've seen others have this issue, because Google turns up other posts with people having this issue - internet disconnects with these messages - but I can't find the solution or what my particular cause is.

Ran Malwarebytes and Avast and both came back clean. So what is causing the internet dropouts?

I really need to get this problem solved. It was fine all evening after dropping the connection earlier this afternoon. It just dropped the connection again. As soon as I disable Online Armor and re-enable it, my connection instantly is available again. Yet the Online Armor logs show nothing happening.

I think I'm onto something here and could use some help.

    I came across this today:

Network Disconnects | Windows Secrets Lounge

    The last post says:

"I think I found the cause of my connection problems.
Dashlane was set to sync, but there are no devices that I need to sync.
Occasionally the attempted sync would lock up the Internet access.
Killing Dashlane then allows connections to work again.
I have fixed it (fingers crossed) by disabling the sync functions."

I just installed Dashlane last week, and I absolutely love it. But I think this is what is causing my issue - it's just too much of a coincidence that I install this last week and that's when my disconnections started. Also. I was in the middle of adding some passwords to Dashlane about an hour ago, and just as I updated a password in dashlane, my internet dropped. As usual, disabling Online Armor and re-enabling it brought my internet right back up instantly.

But here's the thing - I have sync disabled in Dashlane so it shouldn't be trying to sync. Could Online Armor be trying to block some other process connected with Dashlane? What's responsible for cutting my internet out - Dashlane, or Online Armor responding to Dashlane?
