How can i share files on a domain using windows windows 7

At my office I have a person who moved to a different desk, but she is using a different computer than her original. She wants to be able to access the files on her old computer that someone else is using, she might go back to using that computer in the near future so she does not want to put the files on an external hard drive. Is there a way I can share the old computers files and she can access them from her new computer? I am on a domain so I cannot use a home group.

Thank you,

You can move her files on a server share and in the future she could access them no matter the computer.
