    Sorry to see that you are still having a problem. Before going to extreme measures, you might want to try installing a new wireless adapter. I found one on eBay that I installed and it works great. It is still up for sale auction number 201344471626 D-Link Xtreme N DWA-552 300Mbps 802.11n Wireless WIFI PCI Adapter for $9.99 free shipping.     Okay I finally got a hold of a different wireless adapter. It is a bit choppy, but the issue has seemed to gone away. I am marking this thread as solved.
