Dell laptop can't connect to wireless

    I have a Dell Inspiron 5120, 17 " laptop running Windows 7 and Ubuntu 15.04.
When running Ubuntu I have no problem with the wireless connect to the Internet.
When running Windows 7, I can only connect with the LAN cable to the modem.

These are some of the messages I receive:

    Intel Centrino Wireless -N-2230
The best driver for your device is already installed.
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)
Everything was working A-OK until I pulled a major goof and tried to install Windows 10 (beta) upgrade. I don't know what I did but things went completely toes up.

I am not very knowledgeable with respect to the Internet connections.

When did this happen? Can you make a System Restore prior to the issue?
