To Win7Fourm Memebers

I am a newbie at this forum posting business so please bear with me.

So i have a Dell 9010 that is have a lan issue. I can't access local or online resources able to ping online and local ip address. I have Exclamation point on the network icon in the system tray.

Tests i have done.

1. I am getting an IP with the correct dns.
2. Changed motherboard to make sure it is not a hardware issue.(built in lan card)
3. Test Lan card under win pe able to use internet and access network machines. (hiren Boot Disk)
4. Manually assigned ip with dns and wins both from the isp and google open dns.
5. Reinstalled drivers from dell's site and intel.
6. Updated Bios.
7. Turned off ipv6.
8. tried winsock fix
9. netsh services restart and reset.
10. Pushed ip to workstation from firewall using mac address

I am Stumped minus reinstalling window. Intel(R) 82579LM Gigabit Network Card

What does Device Manager, Network Adapters section look like (post a picture).

Open a Elevated Command Prompt:

Click on the Start button and type cmd.
DO NOT press Enter or click Go.
Look at the upper part of the window and you will see cmd.exe.
Right click on it and select Run as Administrator.

Paste the following into the Command Prompt window, exactly as shown, including double quotes:

cmd /c "ipconfig /all > postme.txt & ping >> postme.txt & reg query "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings" | find /i "proxy" >> postme.txt & notepad postme.txt & del postme.txt"

and press ENTER.

A file will open in Notepad. Please copy and paste the contents here. Close the Notepad window and the file will be deleted and the Command Prompt window will also close.
