    Very delayed network/internet connection when booting up


    When booting up the Network/internet access takes over 5 mins (blue spiral on icon in system tray).during this period the desktop does not respond to the mouse.However, once the connection is established it is fast and responsive. My system was working fine till my SSD died. I chose to do a fresh install of Win 7 and thats when this issue began.It might have occurred after the many windows updates. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Try a Clean Startup - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
    Also try going into Safe Mode with Networking and see if it is alright.
