The old ISP with new router. The old router was a Netgear. Yup i do get an proper IP. I've connected directly to my modem. There's something weird. My Minecraft server has the port 25565 and works perfectly, portchecker.co says it is closed. My personal website works perfectly too with the port 80 portforwarded aswell as my TeamSpeak server works perfectly too. Portchecker.co says all ports are closed expect their working. Terraria is the only one who dosen't work.

Are the programs/games running while you are checking the ports? They will fail if nothing is there to respond on your computer. (Since you are forwarding port checker won't distinguish if router is allowing or not, computer will decide the outcome). So, make sure firewall rule to accept incoming is allowed too.

Just made a rule and checked with portchecker.co, all seems good.

Can you post a screenshot of the forwarding rule please?

Check router Firewall section too just in case. Try Low protection for example or even off (if possible) as a test.

    My rule:

    So, make sure:
    - The rule is correct (mine has both TCP/UDP).
    - PC firewall has incoming rule allowed for TCP 7777 (maybe UDP too?)
    - Game is running and server has started

OMG yes! It says that 7777 open! Lets wait a little till my friends connect. Thanks a bunch, Gokhan.

EDIT: I think the thing that made it working was my upgrade to Windows 10. Because i've tried that many times before (i think).

    I am confused now :)

I fail to understand how Windows 10 changes anything on Windows 7 Try changing the router firewall back and see if it stops the forwarding? Are you running Win10 or Win7 at the moment?

Hopefully, it will work while actually connecting too.
