Windows 7 and Sharepoint Designer or Frontpage 2003

    Hi there.
I have a new laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium and am trying to access my website using Frontpage 2003 or Sharepoint Designer 2007.

Every time I try to use the access the site using the Frontpage/Sharepoint option my credentials (id and password) come back as if the they were not accepted.

I had my tech at my websever looking on his end and there was no attempt to log in.

I am very perplexed as all internet programs like IE, Thunderbird, Live Mail and even CUTE FTP work perfectly.

    Any tips would be appreciated.

Hi. Are you paying attention to case sensitivity?

Yes. I finally had to purchase technical support from Microsoft and the tech tried to log into the site from his end. He had the same problem. Looks like it was a server problem all the time.

    Thanks for the input

    Hello,
I have Windows 7 Ultimate and have finally found that if you can get Frontpage 2003 and get it to update this version 11.8164.8221 SP3 it works fine. I have been use to using Frontpage 2002 with xp for years.

Let me know if you try this above?
