How to find LAN IPs and hold open results window

I want to identify all the hardware IPs on my home LAN. I've tried some but find the resulting black-screen cmd window winks out almost instantly before I can see any of the results. Could someone give me the easy Windows 7 instructions for getting this IP information and then keeping the cmd window open until I opt to close it.

In the command prompt. Run as administrator.

Type in or copy and paste.

    ipconfig /all
