Lets see what is corrupt or not :)
run in cmd:
and attach the sfcdetails.txt here - Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven ForumsCode:findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >"%userprofile%\desktop\sfcdetails.txt"

Unpleasant news. I un-installed the AVG according to the instruction. I went to Safe mode with networking taking notes the Power Drain. There it does the downloading with no problem. After that I went back to the normal Start up. But with No Joy as you mentioned. So, the next alternative was to do the clean boot following the links bearing your signature. A lengthy step but I managed to do it to the end. Again, still no luck.
Thanks for the help. to date.
GokAy:
Here is the sfcdetails.
Thank you so much.
Hi,
More info on cmd = command prompt
Command Prompt
Did you make a new administrator user account ?
Looks like a continuing issue with windows update KB3068708
Windows Update - Uninstall an Update
ThrashZone:
I have uninstalled the KB3068708 update. The downloading problem persists. Also, I am curious to hear of the sfcdetails I sent above, on what effect the result of the corrupted file bear on this matter. I don't know how to remove it, and as it is, the sfc scannow always results in error in cbs.log. Thus, I have not created yet the administrator user account, waiting for that one to be solved first. As for now, I use no password to access the System, but just automatically goes to the desktop the minute I switch the machine on.
Thanks for your time again.
Hi,
You might need to look for KB3022345 as well
Both of those are related to win-10
And there are a bunch more

I'm not exactly sure how to proceed ?
Seems the easiest test is to create a new account.
Please restart the computer and run the SFC scan once again.
If it finds stuff that it cannot fix, please follow GokAy's instructions in post #12 again.
These errors do not impact your system in any way. They are just annoying and costing us a lot of time in the forums. Microsoft knows about the issue and says that they will issue a fix/update soon. Do not hold your breath :-(
I have removed that one as well. The same result is observed. I am sure there will be a point when some new idea will pop up, knowing your expertise in this field. As for the new account, sure I will do it, after the sfc_error being made clear to me. I am very curious to know the effect of getting this particular thing right.
