See if you can restore WLAN AutoConfig service - Services - Restore Default Services in Windows 7.

Also try running cmd as admin:
    Code:
    sfc /scannow

    Code:
[08/30/15 08:18:27] (FileUtility::DeleteDirectoryTree): *** DeleteFile() has reported failure. The error message reported by the system is: Access is denied.
This is the error message, try running the exe as administrator.

WLAN AutoConfig should be in services though, so see my previous post also.
